Email Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an Email Marketing Executive to join our Dubai office and drive B2B email marketing initiatives focused on wholesale, distribution, and partner-led customers. This onsite role requires close collaboration with sales, eCommerce, and operations teams to support demand generation, repeat orders, and long-term customer relationships, ideally within the FMCG, wholesale, or distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize B2B email marketing campaigns for wholesale and distribution customers
  • Manage end-to-end email workflows including lead nurturing, onboarding, promotions, reorder reminders, and retention campaigns
  • Segment B2B customer databases based on buyer behavior, order frequency, product categories, and account type
  • Work closely with onsite sales and operations teams to align email campaigns with pipeline activities and promotions
  • Create and test email content (subject lines, copy, CTAs) to improve open rates, CTRs, and conversions
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as open rate, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue contribution
  • Ensure compliance with email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and maintain CRM/email data hygiene
  • Maintain email templates, branding consistency, and automation workflows

Must Have Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in B2B email marketing
  • Strong experience working with wholesale, distribution, or B2B sales-driven businesses
  • Clear understanding of B2B buyer journeys, lead nurturing, and lifecycle marketing
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing or CRM tools such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce, Odoo, HighLevel, or similar
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns using performance data
  • Excellent written communication skills focused on conversion-driven messaging

Nice to Have Qualifications

  • Experience in the B2B industry (strongly preferred)
  • Exposure to distributor networks, trade marketing, or multi-channel B2B sales models
  • Experience with marketing automation, personalization, and A/B testing
  • Basic understanding of CRM pipelines and sales workflows
  • Hands of Experience with Go High Level & Odoo ERP
