Develop and maintain a system for tracking and managing employee benefits filings. Communicate with clients and internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure accuracy of filings. Review and analyze employee benefits plans to identify potential filing issues and provide solutions. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all filings are in line with company policies and procedures. Train and supervise a team of filing coordinators to ensure efficient and effective filing processes. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to regulations that may impact employee benefits filings. Implement continuous process improvements to streamline and enhance the employee benefits filing experience for clients. Maintain accurate and organized records of all employee benefits filings.
