ERP Implementation Specialist (open to remote)

Summary The ERP Implementation Specialist is responsible for directing, coordinating, and organizing daily business activity training across key operational areas, including warehouse, transportation, customer service/sales support. This role manages resources and oversees the implementation and coordination of BradyPLUS operations, ensuring that procedures are executed effectively to maximize the use of system, facilities, and personnel. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate the organization’s operational training functions and performance. • Maintain a positive, outgoing attitude to support company culture and help newly integrated locations feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the process. • Collaborate with departmental heads to develop financial plans and ensure compliance. • Monitor day-to-day operations during ERP implementation. • Provide post-Go Live support as needed. • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management to be a trusted partner in strategic planning, problem-solving, and business improvement initiatives. • Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures that enhance operational effectiveness and organizational performance. • Establish credibility across the organization and with the Senior Leadership as a reliable source of solutions to business challenges. • Review and analyze weekly and periodic reports and work with managers to implement corrective actions. • Prepare and maintain training agendas and track attendance, including documentation of departmental duties and responsibilities. • Evaluate the quality of services, processes, and personnel. • Resolve conflicts and negotiate effectively with stakeholders. • Deliver exceptional customer service. • Perform other duties as assigned to support company goals. • Actively contribute to and reinforce the company’s culture. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of employees at upcoming integration locations, ensuring they are fully prepared for system cutover. Supervisory responsibilities are carried out in accordance with company policies and applicable laws, including planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating performance; recommending rewards or disciplinary actions to the appropriate manager; and addressing complaints and resolving issues. Work Environment This job operates in an office building with warehouse. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, outside weather conditions, and extreme conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephone, headset and photocopiers. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Frequent early or late hours may be required as job duties demand. Travel Travel is generally within the U.S. during business days; however, weekend travel may be required before and after system cutover. Preferred Education and Experience • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience. • 10+ years related experience Abilities • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs. • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
