Location: South East London

Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 + Package

We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join a growing and well-established main contractor based in South East London. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality external refurbishment and fit-out projects across London.

The Role

As Estimator, you will play a key role in pricing and securing projects, working closely with the commercial and pre-construction teams. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a range of external refurbishment and fit-out schemes.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions

Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentation

Producing bills of quantities and take-offs

Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations

Identifying value engineering opportunities

Supporting the commercial team during pre-construction and handover Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience working as an Estimator with a main contractor

Proven experience within external refurbishment and/or fit-out projects

Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple tenders and work to deadlines What’s on Offer
