Excel Data & Reporting Specialist (Education Project)
We are looking for an experienced Excel specialist to support a short-term education project analysing staff questionnaire data related to primary school PE and Sports. The task involves: Working with an existing Excel dataset (teaching staff & support staff questionnaires) Cleaning and validating data (including handling blanks correctly) Building a clear, professional Excel dashboard including: Summary tables Charts and graphs Percentage breakdowns Comparisons between staff roles Creating pivot tables where appropriate Producing a short written report summarising: Key findings and patterns Strengths and areas for development Differences between staff groups Themed summaries of open-ended responses Selected anonymised quotes to illustrate findings Essential skills: Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts, dashboards) Strong attention to data accuracy and presentation Ability to interpret survey data and present insights clearly Experience producing reports for non-technical audiences Desirable: Experience working with education, school, or training data Ability to explain findings in plain, professional language Project details: Timescale: 1 week from start date Budget: £210 One-off project Data and questionnaires already collected- 14 questionnaires total (5 questions on each questionnaire).
