It serves a broad range of clients both domestically and across the MENA region, including government entities, financial institutions, to large corporates, and maintains strategic relationships with leading banks globally</p><p><br></p><p> </p><p>We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Corporate Support team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.</p><p><br></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>In this role, your key responsibilities include:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>To manage and govern the Bank’s corporate credit servicing activities by overseeing the evaluation, renewal and ongoing administration of credit arrangements, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of credit information and operational controls in order to safeguard credit quality, maintain continuity of client facilities and support the organisation’s ability to uphold its risk appetite and fulfil its strategic lending responsibilities</li><li>Manage and oversee corporate credit servicing activities by directing all processes relating to assessment, renewal and operational administration of credit arrangements</li><li>Analyse workflow performance, guide teams responsible for credit preparation and servicing, and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements in order to maintain service quality and safeguard the Bank’s credit risk position</li><li>Direct the development, review and maintenance of credit documentation by implementing strong controls, validating completeness and ensuring alignment with credit standards</li><li>Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address discrepancies and mitigate operational and legal risks, supporting the delivery of accurate and compliant credit records</li><li>Monitor and enhance operational controls by evaluating process effectiveness, identifying risks and implementing improvements</li><li>Review exceptions, address compliance gaps and ensure adherence to regulatory expectations in order to support safe and consistent delivery of credit servicing operations</li><li>Build and maintain constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders by providing clear guidance on credit servicing requirements, communicating updates and addressing escalations</li><li>Collaborate to resolve issues and ensure cohesive delivery of credit operations in support of business needs</li><li>Evaluate performance indicators, analyse operational trends and prepare reports to support management decision‑making</li><li>Highlight risks, recommend corrective actions and support planning activities in order to maintain efficient, compliant and effective credit servicing outcomes</li><li>Identify opportunities to enhance processes and strengthen controls by reviewing operational performance, audit outcomes and industry practices</li><li>Implement improvements that increase operational resilience and support organisational change initiatives in order to sustain high‑quality credit servicing</li><li>Manage self and team in line with ADCB’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own and employee contribution to business performance</li><li>Manage the effective achievement of the team’s objectives through setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing the team and providing formal and informal feedback to maximise overall performance, engagement and motivation</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>The ideal candidate should have the following experience</strong>:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>At least 8 years of experience in Credit Operations, Credit Administration or Corporate Credit Servicing within Banking or Financial Services</li><li>Bachelor degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or Law</li><li>Corporate Credit Processes</li><li>Credit Administration</li><li>Documentation Governance</li><li>Regulatory Frameworks</li><li>Operational Risk Controls</li><li>Performance Monitoring</li><li>Workflow Management</li><li>Systems Proficiency</li><li>Analytical Skills</li><li>Stakeholder Engagement</li></ul><p></p>
