It manages the Bank’s borrowings, issuance of debt securities, and use of derivatives to mitigate financial risk, while investing in a range of instruments, including green bonds, short-term placements, and corporate and sovereign debt securities.</p><p><br></p><p>We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>In this role, your key responsibilities include</strong>:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Oversee end-to-end operations for conventional structures & Islamic derivative products, including documentation, for various conventional and Islamic derivative structures.</li><li>Develop and implement operational procedures and controls for structured & Islamic products lifecycle management.</li><li>Ensure robust controls are in place for efficient end to end processing, settlement, documentation and dispute resolution.</li><li>Collaborate with technology, compliance, risk, and product teams to ensure secure and compliant operations.</li><li>Lead operational readiness for new product launches and integrations.</li><li>Provide operational support to business, engage with stakeholders and oversee new and bespoke structured products.</li><li>Manage service level agreements with business.</li><li>Monitor transaction flows, reconciliations, and settlement processes across all Structured and Islamic products.</li><li>Provide analysis and reports that support decision making.</li><li>Manage operational risks effectively and proactively by implementing adequate controls around the processes within the bank’s risk and incident management framework.</li><li>Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to digital assets.</li><li>Support audits, risk assessments, and regulatory reviews related to digital asset operations.</li><li>Engage closely with key stakeholders within support functions in identifying control or process gaps in order to introduce corrective measures to deliver solutions.</li><li>Liaise with internal departments and auditors in all matters related to Structured & Islamic Derivatives domain.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>The ideal candidate should have the following experience:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>At least 8 years of experience in Treasury Operations, with at least 4 years managing Structured & Islamic Derivatives.</li><li>Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance</li><li>Professional qualifications like CA/CFA/MBA preferred</li><li>Strong practical knowledge and experience in handling conventional Derivative & Structured Products.</li><li>Strong practical knowledge and experience in handling Islamic derivative products.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Islamic documentation in Treasury products domain.</li><li>Strategic thinking and operational leadership.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management.</li><li>Adaptability to emerging technologies and innovation.</li><li>High attention to detail and process orientation.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Comprehensive Benefits Package</strong>: This includes market-leading medical insurance, group life and personal accident insurance, paid leave and leave airfare, employee preferential rates on loans and finance facilities, staff discounts and offers, and children education assistance (for certain job levels).</p><p><strong>Flexible and Remote Working Options</strong>: We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible working arrangements, subject to eligibility and job requirements.</p><p><strong>Learning and Development Opportunities</strong>: We value and facilitate continuous learning and personal development, through a variety of exciting learning opportunities, such as structured instructor-led courses, a comprehensive e-Learning catalog, on-the-job training and professional development programs.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>At ADCB, we are dedicated to creating a respectful, caring and disciplined work environment that aligns with your career ambitions.</p><p></p>
