Job Summary:
We're hiring energetic, motivated Car Salespeople to join our growing sales team. You'll greet customers, build rapport, demo vehicles, negotiate deals, and guide buyers through the entire process—from lot walk to delivery. No experience? We'll train the right attitude. Experience? Bring your book of business and earn big right away.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and qualify walk-in customers, phone leads, and internet inquiries.
  • Conduct test drives, present vehicle features, and match customers to the right car.
  • Negotiate pricing and structure deals to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Sell add-ons, accessories, and protection products.
  • Follow up with prospects and past customers for repeat/referral business.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and stay compliant with all dealership processes.
  • Hit monthly sales goals and participate in team contests/spiffs.
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and some evenings (dealership hours).

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required).
  • Strong communication and people skills — you love talking to folks and building trust.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Previous sales experience (auto preferred, but retail/customer service OK) — we'll train motivated beginners.
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
  • Reliable transportation to/from work.

  • Realistic earning potential: $50,000–$150,000+ annually — base draw against commission (paid weekly), uncapped earnings based on your sales volume and gross profit (industry standard 20–30% front-end commission + backend bonuses).
