Our primary responsibility is to design and develop learning programs that support new hire, upskill, and other trainings, providing our employees with the resources they need to effectively do their job. We believe in continuous learning, inclusive curriculum design, localization, video-based learning, enhanced practice, proactive maintenance of our curricula, and measuring the learner experience through customer feedback and curriculum evaluation. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Learning Experience Designer on our WW Customer Trust Training LXD team, you will be responsible for: * **Designing and Developing Learning Programs**: Create engaging e-learning experiences for on-the-job performance improvement using authoring tools like Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools. Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementations cycles. * **Mentoring and Coaching**: Mentor or coach new LXDs and apprentices on design and processes. Consult with customers to define the problem to be solved and the best solution to that problem. * **Process Improvement**: Contribute to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates to minimize the development time for new training materials. * **Program Management**: Employ project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to large-scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently.
