Fee for Service Outpatient Clinician: WEEKENDS ONLY
<p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p>Provive Wellness is seeking a <strong>Fee-for-Service Outpatient Clinician</strong> to provide <strong>individual therapy</strong> to clients struggling with <strong>Mental Health (MH) and Substance Use Disorder (SUD)</strong> challenges. This position will be on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Provive Wellness is looking to add a Family programming component, as well as access to assessments, and increasing our PHP/IOP availability. This offers flexibility, allowing clinicians to set their own schedules while ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care. Clinicians will also participate in <strong>transition/collaboration sessions</strong> with the previous provider to maintain continuity of care. The ideal candidate would be able to commit to weekend hours weekly, with flexible times. We are seeking clinicians with experience working with families in recovery, addressing generational addiction and trauma, as well as experience in assessments.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide <strong>individual therapy</strong> to outpatient clients using <strong>Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)</strong> as the primary modality.</li><li>Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company and state regulations.</li><li>Participate in <strong>transition/collaboration sessions</strong> to ensure seamless client care.</li><li>Attend regular staff meetings and case consultations.</li><li>Maintain ethical and professional standards in all clinical interactions.</li></ul><p><strong>Schedule & Compensation:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Flexible scheduling</strong> based on client availability.</li><li><strong>Evening availability is required.</strong></li><li><strong>Fully remote position</strong> – all sessions are conducted via a secure telehealth platform.</li><li><strong>Fee-for-service pay structure</strong> – compensation is based on completed sessions.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p><p><strong>Education & Licensure:</strong></p><ul><li>Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.</li><li><strong>Active license in PA</strong> (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent required).</li></ul><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Minimum of 1 year</strong> of experience providing individual therapy.</li><li><strong>Experience working with both Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder clients is required.</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Skills & Attributes:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong clinical and documentation skills.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.</li><li>Comfortable using EMR systems for documentation.</li></ul> #J-18808-Ljbffr
