Finance Systems Administrator - Permanent - London (Hybrid) - £50,000 per annum<br><br>A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Finance Systems Administrator to join our London based law firm on a permanent basis.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Develop expert knowledge of the firm's practice management system, providing proactive user support and promoting best practice across finance and non-finance teams<br>Liaise with software providers and IT to identify, escalate and resolve system issues promptly<br>Develop and execute SQL queries and reports to extract, analyse and present data for regular and ad hoc reporting needs<br>Design, build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, translating business requirements into effective analytical solutions<br>Support system changes and enhancements, ensuring effective technical delivery and user adoption<br>Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend efficiencies across finance operations<br>Deliver system training to finance and non-finance users<br>Maintain appropriate system controls to ensure compliance with SRA, AML and HMRC requirements<br>Assist with implementation of new features and applications, including configuration, UAT, data reconciliation and documentation<br>Provide team cover and support additional duties as required<br><br>Key Experience<br><br>Strong SQL skills, with experience developing queries and reports<br>Strong Power BI skills, including dashboard and report development<br>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills<br>Good understanding of accounting and finance principles<br>Experience with a legal practice management system, ideally Elite 3E<br>Relevant experience within a law firm<br>Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills<br>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<br>Ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly and work both independently and collaboratively<br><br>Finance Systems Administrator - Permanent - London (Hybrid) - £50,000 per annum<br><br>In accordance with the Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, this position is advertised based upon DGH Recruitment Limited having first sought approval of its client to find candidates for this position.<br><br>DGH Recruitment Limited acts as both an Employment Agency and Employment Business
