Key Responsibilities Execute all passenger safety and comfort duties in strict accordance with the approved Wasaya Airways Flight Attendant Manual and established company policies. Adhere to all instructions provided by the Captain during emergency situations. Deliver all required safety announcements and conduct demonstrations with precision. Plan, direct, and control in-flight services as necessary. Consistently maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions and conduct. Successfully complete all mandatory Flight Attendant training programs. Contribute to a positive and healthy work environment, fostering a supportive team climate. Uphold and deliver on Wasaya’s Customer Care Commitments to all internal and external stakeholders. Perform any other related duties as assigned by management. Required Qualifications and Experience A Grade 12 diploma or equivalent educational attainment is mandatory. Demonstrated excellence in customer service skills. Ability to travel freely within Canada. Eligibility to obtain and maintain an Airport Security Pass. A professional and impeccable personal appearance. Reliable transportation to and from the airport. Proficiency in using computers, with MS-Office skills and internet/email capabilities being preferable. Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Meticulous attention to detail. Desirable Assets Post-secondary education in a relevant field. Previous experience as a Flight Attendant. Prior experience within the airline industry. Fluency in Oji-Cree or Ojibway.
