Foreigner Call Center Manager (Remote – PH Based)

Call Center Manager We are currently seeking a highly experienced Call Center Manager to join our team. This is a freelance engagement with full-time hours under a permanent work-from-home setup. Further details about the client and business operations will be discussed during the initial interview. Compensation Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and qualifications) Work Schedule & Setup Freelance engagement Full-time hours Permanent work-from-home Monday to Friday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Israel Time) Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of a small- to medium-sized call center Manage, mentor, and support team leaders and agents Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and service levels Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction Handle escalations and ensure high-quality service delivery Coordinate with leadership regarding staffing, reporting, and operational strategy Qualifications Proven experience managing a small- to medium-sized call center Strong leadership and people management skills Experience in performance management and KPI tracking Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines Preferably Western candidates currently residing in the Philippines Additional details about the company and client will be shared during the initial interview process.
