The Role: The Institutional Hunter

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to transition WAZarts from a DTC-only model into a high-volume B2B and wholesale engine. This is not a "marketing" role; it is a "Sales Hunting" position. You will be the face of the brand in front of corporate procurement heads, luxury retail category managers, and hospitality directors across the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate Gifting (B2B): Aggressively pitch and secure high-volume gifting contracts for law firms, wealth management offices, government entities, and the hospitality sector. The UAE corporate gifting market is projected to reach $25 billion, and you will own this pipeline.
  • Wholesale Distribution: Secure year-round placements in Tier-1 luxury concept stores and boutiques such as Sauce, Gigi, and Comptoir 102.
  • Institutional Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end commercial negotiation and technical requirements to onboard WAZarts onto major luxury platforms like Ounass and Jashanmal.
  • Account Management: Handle the "Sell-Out" process, ensuring our products are merchandised to luxury standards and inventory is replenished consistently.
  • Pipeline Reporting: Maintain a professional B2B CRM (e.g., Zoho or HubSpot) to provide weekly updates on outreach, lead status, and conversion metrics.

Requirements

  • UAE Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales success in the UAE luxury retail or corporate gifting sectors.
  • The Rolodex: You must have an active, existing network of contacts in corporate procurement or luxury retail buying.
  • Product Fit: A deep appreciation for artisanal craftsmanship and the ability to articulate the narrative of WAZarts products.
  • Logistics: A valid UAE Driving License and own transport are mandatory for field meetings.
  • Legal Status: Must hold a valid UAE Freelance Permit or residency with an NOC to work legally.
