Job Description

We are hiring for KRAASH, a streetwear start-up label based in Singapore. Our aesthetic is effortless and chic with a sharp streetstyle edge. We cater to the bold youth of Singapore and "corporate rebels"—professionals who want a stylish, edgy wardrobe that transitions from the office to the street.

We are building a label that serves both men and women. Because we are a start-up, you will be a key collaborator in shaping our visual identity and physical quality from the ground up.

The Role

We are looking for a Freelance Designer who is equally obsessed with the silhouette of a coat and the architecture of a bag. This role is open to seasoned freelancers and high-achieving design school students (e.g., LASALLE, NAFA) who possess a "technical-first" mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Apparel Design: Ability to create not just edgy streetstyle designs but also high-quality essentials with an attitude for both men’s and women’s collections.

Bag & Accessory Development: Design a signature line of bags (totes, crossbodies, messengers) for both men and women, with a focus on 3D volume, durability, and luxury-street hardware.

Textile Strategy: Act as our internal fabric expert. You must be extremely well-versed in textiles—selecting GSMs, weaves, and fibers that feel luxury but perform like streetwear (and suit Singapore’s climate).

Technical Hand-offs: Provide clean artistic illustrations for the "vibe" and precise technical flats (front/back/interior) for our manufacturers.

Who You Are

A "Textile Nerd": You understand drape, hand-feel, and fabric recovery. You know which fabrics elevate a "basic" item to "chic" status.

Multi-Disciplinary: You have a portfolio that showcases both garment construction (Men/Women) and bag design.

The "Responsible" Creative: You are bold and expressive in your designs, but disciplined in your process. You meet deadlines and communicate clearly.

Start-up Ready: You will have full autonomy to lead the creative direction of our first collection, and you are able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where your input directly impacts the final product.

Work Structure & Compensation

Setting: 100% Remote / Freelance, with the exception of 1-2 monthly scheduled physical meetings.

Schedule: Project-based with flexible hours.

Pay Structure: Base Fee (per drop) + Commission. We want you to have "skin in the game." As KRAASH grows and your designs sell, your paycheck grows with us.
