Vos tâches quotidiennes :
Gérer toutes les réservations de voyages nationaux et internationaux, en organisant les transferts aériens, ferroviaires, terrestres et hôteliers, qu’ils soient simples ou complexes, grâce à l’application Sabre.
Fournir des conseils, des solutions et des recommandations à nos clients VIP, tout en veillant au respect de leur politique et de leurs exigences de voyage.
Travailler dans un environnement multicanal et être responsable des indicateurs clés de performance, tels que la satisfaction de la clientèle, les indicateurs de productivité et le développement de partenariats stratégiques et de ventes auprès de nos partenaires privilégiés.
Utiliser des techniques de communication téléphonique et par courriel efficaces. Répondre aux demandes spécifiques des clients et entretenir d'excellentes relations avec eux.
Offrir proactivement des services complémentaires aux voyageurs (hôtels, voitures, etc.).
Faire preuve d'enthousiasme et de dynamisme au sein de l'entreprise et toujours respecter l'éthique, les valeurs et les règles de conformité de l'entreprise.
Se conformer à toutes les politiques et procédures d'Amex GBT.

Profil recherché :
Maîtrise du français canadien et de l'anglais requis.
Connaissance approfondie des pratiques et des politiques de réservation de vols, d'hôtels, de voitures et de trains, tant au niveau national qu'international.
Service à la clientèle exécutive de haute de gamme.
Plus de 5 ans d'expérience à titre de conseiller en voyages d'affaires.
Maîtrise de Sabre (un atout).
Excellente connaissance des tarifs et des règles de billetterie pour les voyages nationaux et internationaux.
Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
Passion pour l'excellence du service à la clientèle et attention au détail.
Capacité d'agir avec intégrité dans le traitement des renseignements personnels et confidentiels des voyageurs.
Maîtrise des outils informatiques de base et capacité d'utiliser plusieurs applications simultanément.

Les candidats doivent être disponibles pour travailler du lundi au vendredi, selon les horaires assignés. De 5 h à 18 h, heure du Pacifique. Ces horaires peuvent varier selon les heures d'ouverture des clients.

The Executive Travel Consultant role at Amex GBT delivers an exceptional travel experience for our Corporate Travel customers. By working together as a high performing team, specializing with in depth knowledge, our Travel Consultants provide exceptional traveler care and highest quality of customer service. This is a high touch service environment, where you will have true accountability for the service relationship and customer experience, by providing creative and timely travel solutions using available tools and technology as needed.

The role will form part of a highly skilled small team of Executive Corporate Travel Consultants located virtually from home. If you’re motivated, collaborative, and enjoy working in an environment that prioritizes quality of interactions over quantity of calls, this is the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day
Act as the point of sale on all Domestic & International travel reservations, arranging both routine and complex air, rail, ground, and hotel accommodation, utilizing native Sabre
Provide consultative advice, solutions, and recommendations for our VIP travelers, whilst ensuring adherence to the customers’ travel policy and requirements
Operate in a multi-channel environment where you are accountable to key performance indicators of success, such as customer satisfaction, key productivity metrics, and driving key partnerships and sale of preferred partners
Use positive telephone and email service techniques; act on special customer requests and maintain excellent client relations
Proactively sell additional services for our travelers, e.g., hotel and car
Express enthusiasm and energy within the organization and always act according to company Ethics, Values, and Compliance guidelines
Act in accordance with all Amex GBT policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For
In depth knowledge of domestic & international air, hotel, car, and rail booking practice and policies
High touch Executive customer service
5+ years experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant
Native Sabre proficiency preferred but not required
Detailed understanding of fares and ticketing rules for domestic and international travel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Passion for Excellence in Customer Service with attention to detail
Ability to act with integrity when handling personal and confidential traveler information
Basic computer navigation skills with an ability to multitask in multiple computer applications

Candidates should be comfortable working any assigned shift during business hours: Monday-Friday 5:00am-6:00pm Pacific Standard Time. This varies depending on the clients’ hours of operation.

Location Canada

The Canada national base salary range for this position is from $46,900.00 - $87,100.00

The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.

In addition to base salary, the anticipated range of which is posted above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus which rewards participants based on individual and/or company performance.
