Duties Include:

  • Guide and support all guest arrivals and departures, delivering a seamless, welcoming experience at every interaction.
  • Direct daily front desk operations, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and clear communication across guest services.
  • Manage the organization and workflow of the mail room and supporting administrative tasks.
  • Assist with maintaining the pool area's appearance and readiness, upholding the lodge's high standards.
  • Handle guest needs and special requests with speed, care, and professionalism, combining operational know-how with genuine connection.

What's Hot:On-site parking, eligible for Epic Merchant Ski Pass or end of season bonus(depending on start date), ski-in/ski-out access, employee locker rooms

Employment Status:Full Time,Year Round
Schedule:Afternoon/Evening shifts, 8-10 hours per day between 1pm - 9pm
Pay Rate:$23 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus tips

Minimum Requirements

The ideal candidate islegally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date andwill understand that hospitality is an art form. Your communication flows as smoothly as our groomed runs, and your ability to anticipate needs borders on telepathic. You bring a professional demeanor that's authentic and engaging, making every guest feel like they've found their mountain home.
