FRONT OFFICE RECEPTION - BILINGUAL (SPANISH)

We are an income tax preparation firm in San Jose, looking to hire an energetic individual with good communication skills to work in our front office as the first point of contact for our company. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

The right individual will greet clients, enter basic information into a data base, answer phones, make appointments for our tax preparers, and relay information (messages) between clients and the preparers. Must have a pleasant and professional demeanor, be detail oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Basic computer skills are required. You will be trained for light data entry and office procedures. We offer a flexible work schedule for day and evening hours. Also, an occasional Saturday.
