Your Tasks:

  • Representation of the Front Office Manager and Front Office Assistant Manager
  • Development and introduction of standards at the front office area as well as the subsequent support of the front office team
  • Check-in / -out as well as the individual greeting and farewell of our guests
  • Close cooperation with all departments for a unique hotel experience
  • Professional presentation of our hotel through active, personal guest and customer contact
  • Advising our guests on the location, facilities and the full range of services on offer
  • Ensuring quality standards

What are we looking for:

  • Experience in a similar role with luxury background
  • High level of English and Arabic or Russian or Spanish
  • A friendly and sympathetic personality
