Jersey Shore Elite Nannies is seeking experienced, engaging, and dependable nannies to join our elite team. We provide high-quality childcare services to families across the Jersey Shore, including in-home care, beach and boardwalk care, date night services, and now consistent full-time and part-time nanny placements. Our nannies are not “just babysitters” – they are active, creative, and committed to enriching each child’s day.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive, hands-on care in a safe and nurturing environment
  • Plan and engage children in age-appropriate activities (crafts, games, outdoor play, learning-based activities)
  • Limit screen time and prioritize interactive, enriching experiences
  • Prepare simple meals and snacks for children as needed
  • Assist with children’s routines such as naps, homework, and transitions
  • Light child-related housekeeping (tidying play areas, children’s dishes, organizing activities)
  • Maintain open, professional communication with families and management
  • Represent Jersey Shore Elite Nannies with professionalism and positivity

Schedule Options:

  • Full-time positions: 40 hours per week with consistent scheduling

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional childcare or nanny experience preferred
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Passion for engaging children through creativity and play
  • Dependable, punctual, and responsible
  • Ability to pass background checks and reference verification
