Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to software projects that support critical business operations
  • Collaborate with engineers and commercial team members to improve internal tools
  • Write clean, maintainable code and assist with debugging and testing
  • Participate in design discussions and code reviews
  • Continuously build your technical and domain knowledge
  • Leverage modern AI coding assistants and LLM tools to accelerate development cycles, refactor legacy code, and write comprehensive tests.
  • Experiment with and integrate AI capabilities (e.g., APIs, vector databases) to enhance internal tools and platform scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 0 to 1 year of professional experience in software development (internships and academic projects included)
  • Strong understanding of core programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms
  • Exposure to web technologies, APIs, or databases through coursework, internships, or personal projects
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, LLMs) to accelerate problem-solving and automate repetitive coding tasks.
  • Familiarity with integrating Third-Party APIs (including OpenAI/Anthropic) or deploying open-source models is a strong plus.
