Responsibilities
- Prepare and grill high-quality, flavorful food with care and precision.
- Thrive under heat and pressure—own the grill with confidence and efficiency.
- Follow all recipes, food safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols tomaintaintop-quality standards.
- Keep the hot food station stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
- Work collaboratively with the team—because we’re Stronger Together.
- Provide an incredible experience for digital and catering guests by knowing and loving our food.
- Handleguestconcerns with positivity and respect—treat every guest howyou'dwant to be treated.
- Maintain a clean and safe restaurant in line with company, health, and safety regulations.
- Ensure restaurant equipment is properly maintained and safely operated.
- Complete any additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous grill or cooking experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with high heat and pressure.
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and reach overhead throughout a shift (up to 35 hours/week).
- Must be able to squat, lift, and push up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in varying kitchen temperatures, from hot to cold.
- Strong hospitality and communication skills to create a welcoming guest experience.
