The Role
The Product team shapes the experiences that power Revolut.
They turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions - working across design, engineering, and data to build features our customers love.
We\u2019re looking for a Product Leader to deliver on our mission to be serving 100 million customers in 100 countries.
Our goal is to simplify money for everyone, everywhere, by transforming financial complexity into a simple and effortless experience.
As the Product Owner for multiple squads, you\u2019ll be fully responsible for the product roadmap, from strategic planning and conception to execution and launch.
Given our rapidly expanding product portfolio and diverse jurisdictional requirements, you\u2019ll translate complex challenges into simple, scalable solutions.
You\u2019ll work closely with design, engineering, and data science teams to build features that customers will value, and shape the core platforms that power our solutions.
A core part of this role is rethinking our products and systems to be AI-centric, leveraging AI for automation and enabling intuitive, multi-modal customer interactions to build trust and streamline compliance processes.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading a fincrime product tribe, with responsibility to build and operate products that improve security across Revolut's global features
Developing product teams to meet your objectives
Owning the teams' road-maps end to end
What You'll Need
7+ years of product management experience
3+ years of experience managing large teams (Product leaders at Revolut directly manage multiple squads and Product Owners)
Experience managing AI products, data science products, customer facing products, and back office systems
Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision, and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners
High analytical acumen along with solid business sense that guides ROI-based prioritisation
A bias towards action and bootstrapping major projects, never hesitating to roll up your sleeves and be hands-on
Experience leading product development and launch from scratch
The ability to provide insight and deliver measurable results for sophisticated products under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment
