Home Health Aide

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our growing team in providing top-quality, in-home care to clients who need assistance with daily living activities. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and quality of life within the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

  • Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.).

  • Perform light housekeeping duties and meal preparation.

  • Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, and needs.

  • Provide companionship and emotional support.

  • Follow care plans and maintain accurate client records.

Qualifications:

  • Certified HHA or equivalent training (as required by state regulations).

  • CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.

  • Reliable transportation and punctuality.
