HR Administrator – Temporary Position – 6 weeks

We are supporting a professional and supportive organisation that delivers high‑quality business and administrative services. They are seeking a confident and organised HR Administrator to assist their busy People team on a temporary basis.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and an interest in HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the HR team
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems
- Assist with onboarding activities, including preparing documentation and completing compliance checks
- Support recruitment administration such as scheduling interviews and managing applicant details
- Handle enquiries from employees and managers, ensuring professional and timely responses
- Prepare letters, contracts, and HR documents
- Support with general office and team tasks as required
About You:
- Previous experience in HR administration OR strong admin background with interest in HR
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident working with databases
- A proactive, friendly, and supportive approach
