HR Assistant - L&D (1 year/Healthcare) - West/Entry Level #HZO

Job Scope:

Support in planning, communication and execution of training programmes, i.e. design EDM collaterals, setup classroom, communicate confirmation email, liaise with vendor on logistics and perform post-training administration tasks.

Support in the coordination of Learning Awards application exercise, i.e. consolidate the submissions, assist in reviewing the application forms, schedule panel interviews with candidates

Supporting the experiential activity at Onboarding Programme (JOB)

Monitor registration process of L&D corporate programmes

Liaise with GSS on invoicing matters and payment processing

Facilitate in the payment of internship allowance

Update and maintain the accuracy of data entry in the L&D dashboard

Assist in other administration of L&D projects and initiatives

Responsibilities for Employee Engagement:

Support, promote and help drive in the co-ordination of employee engagement programme

Coordinate event logistics (liaising with staff, vendors, creating promotional materials) and event day activities

Provide administrative support for HR functions and processes staff wellness, process/work improvement review projects

Manage staff facilities, budget and engagement activities (e.g., Staff Lounge, Gym, recreational facilities)

Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Human Resources or any relevant field
