HR Business Executive (Entry-Level)
Responsibilities
Meet & engage with corporate stakeholders to understand and support their business demands and hiring strategy
Be the HR Industry Expert to provide consultative and marketing intelligence to both corporates/candidates on HR guidelines & best hiring practices.
Represent our corporate partners in delivering services pertaining to Talent Acquisition work - Engaging in full recruitment cycle activities
Team-based structure & collaborative environment to deliver top quality supply of talents and candidates
Administrative works & other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Go through 1-1 training & career guidance for professional growth and development
We champion a collaborative work culture, and getting involved in corporate functions including annual D&D, Funday, volunteering and bi-annually workshop trainings
Empowered with autonomy & flexibility in planning & execution of business objectives

min. bachelor's degree in any discipline
Interest in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or HR function
Ability to connect with and build relationships with various stakeholders and candidates
