Lenskart is redefining eyewear retail across Southeast Asia, and as we accelerate our expansion in Singapore and Thailand, we are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner – SEA to shape the region’s people agenda.

This is more than a traditional HRBP role — it’s an opportunity to partner directly with market leaders, influence business decisions, build high-performing retail teams, and drive culture in a fast-scaling, consumer-first environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR partner to SEA business and retail leaders.
  • Drive workforce planning, org design, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Own frontline (FOS) recruitment outcomes across Singapore & Thailand.
  • Build strong talent pipelines to support retail expansion and operational scale.
  • Oversee HR operations, compliance, and payroll coordination across both markets.
  • Ensure adherence to Singapore and Thailand labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain strong on-ground engagement with frontline retail teams to drive culture, productivity, and retention.
  • Lead change management initiatives aligned to business growth.

Key Requirements

  • HR experience with strong Retail HRBP exposure and some exposure to Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven experience in Singapore retail is a plus and hands-on exposure to Thailand talent market.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore labor laws and HR compliance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience balancing strategic HR partnership with operational execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
