We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic HR Manager to join our team and play a key role in fostering a healthy, empowering, and compassionate workplace.

Position Overview: The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources within our agency, ensuring that all staff-related activities are managed effectively, ethically, and in alignment with our agency’s values and mission. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR functions, with a particular focus on employee well-being, retention, and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:


Foster a supportive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes staff engagement and mental well-being.
    Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices that comply with state and federal regulations. Support employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance to staff on HR-related matters. Administer benefits and compensation ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Ensure staff training and development programs are aligned with the agency’s goals and enhance employee growth. Conduct performance evaluations and assist managers with performance management and professional development.
  • Maintain confidential employee records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring we attract and hire top talent who align with our values.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources, preferably within the healthcare or therapeutic services sector. Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including those specific to healthcare and social services. Proven experience in conflict resolution, performance management, and employee relations. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
