Recruiter / Human Resources Assistant or Recruiting Specialist

 

Part-time to full-time, Monday through Friday

Pay Range from $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

 

We are looking for a consistent and compassionate HR Recruiting Specialist or HR Assistant. Nurture & Nature ABA and Consultation is seeking to hire a self-motivated, efficient, responsible individual to join the Human Resources Team. The Recruiting Specialist will be in control of a variety of tasks, including owning a number of different personnel related administrative tasks. As a Recruiter, you will play an integral role in the company's long term growth by supporting our HR Director and team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join a growing practice through remote work.

 

This will be a hybrid-remote role to be conducted from within California.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Initiates candidate contact, phone screens/interviews, and follow-ups.
  • Interviews and coordinates candidate logistics
  • Resolves applicant inquiries related to open positions
  • Manages recruitment communications with candidates
  • Coordinate and track credentialing for schools, programs, etc.
  • Compiles and prepares job information for advertising of open positions.
  • Assists with pipeline progression and ensures a smooth candidate experience;
  • Maintains recruitment applicant tracking system, ensuring information is up to date
  • Performs a variety of skilled administrative and clerical duties related to human resources activities.
  • Assists with setting up training for onboarding new hires
  • Monitors tracking for benefit eligibility
  • Provides overall administrative support to the employment/recruitment area, including maintaining, processing documentation and records.
  • Monitors all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standards
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 

Requirement and Qualifications:

  • Dedication and willingness to assist with a variety of tasks;
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Collaborative and enthusiastic professional
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Ability to clear FBI, DOJ, and TB testing
  • Experienced position
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience highly preferred

 

Physical Requirements

Due to the active and physical nature of this position, the candidate must be able to stand, sit, lift at least 30 pounds, bend, kneel, twist, and speak articulately in order to effectively perform in this position.
