What you will do

As an Operations Coordinator, you will support branch operations through scheduling, inventory management, customer account setup, and administrative workflow. You will coordinate service requests, partner closely with the Service Team Manager, and help ensure timely, high‑quality service delivery to customers. This role requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

**This role is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and requires the selected candidate to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of West Chester, OH. **

How you will do it

  • Utilize Microsoft Windows tools and company software to track and manage operational metrics.
  • Coordinate employee safety statistics and track safety training compliance.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual inventory counts, upload data into company systems.
  • Manage technician truck inventories, new hire tool/product assignments, and branch inventory.
  • Work with the CRC to schedule and monitor customer service requests from initiation through completion.
  • Efficiently dispatch Technicians to maximize productivity and meet customer expectations.
  • Generate customer orders, process shipments, manage RMAs, and resolve vendor‑related inquiries.
  • Create, update, and reconcile customer accounts; maintain accurate data in NxGen.
  • Support business review meetings by preparing key account information (profitability, claims, AR issues, customer satisfaction metrics).
  • Facilitate warranty claim administration.
  • Track monthly, quarterly, and annual cycle counts.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

What we look for

Required

  • Experience in administrative support, operations coordination, or customer service.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite during training and the probationary period.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
  • Problem‑solving mindset and strong initiative.

Preferred

  • Experience in service dispatch, scheduling, or technician support.
  • Background in inventory management, logistics, or RMA processing.
  • Experience working with service management or CRM platforms (NxGen, SAP, Salesforce).
  • Experience supporting technical or field service environments.
  • Knowledge of warranty processes or vendor coordination workflows.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $29.13 - 40.10 Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
