The position requires travel. A high-level understanding of end-to-end in-building/IDS experience is essential. The Construction Manager will be accountable for all civil works and associated financial control via scheduling, SP/ASP, and quality management on the project. Ensuring all service providers adhere to client standards, processes, procedures, and all federal and local standards is critical. The role involves identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. External interfaces include ASP/SP and Customer PM; internal interfaces include IM Lead, Project Admin, Project Sponsor, CPM.</p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Assess and control charges according to the site design.</li><li>Ensure only approved materials are installed and civil works guidelines and schedules are followed.</li><li>Attend coordination and progress meetings.</li><li>Maintain awareness and on-site supervision during high-risk periods.</li><li>Conduct safety inspections and ensure tools and equipment are in good condition.</li><li>Address civil works problems during the project.</li><li>Coordinate site activities to align with project goals.</li><li>Drive schedule activities and troubleshoot issues.</li><li>Ensure workers\' safety and safe work environments.</li><li>Perform site pre-inspections, post-construction audits, and site verification.</li><li>Prepare progress reports and provide status updates to project management.</li><li>Provide technical assistance to service providers and suppliers.</li><li>Reject incorrect material deliveries and report performance issues.</li><li>Interpret and ensure compliance with civil design plans.</li><li>Supervise and coordinate work with service providers and other disciplines.</li><li>Lead teams focusing on quality and results.</li><li>Manage claims, orders, and material returns.</li><li>Maintain construction-specific documentation, including SOW, NTP, RFDS, and acceptance documents.</li></ul> #J-18808-Ljbffr
