Inside Sales Account Executive - Emerging Markets

Equifax is looking for an Account Executive to join our Inside Enterprise Sales team focusing on the Emerging Market client-base. As a client-facing, sales role, this position’s primary responsibility is the customer relationship and EFX engagement within each account in the book-of-business. The Account Executive will drive revenue growth, develop pipeline, and execute identified sales opportunities across the full portfolio of Equifax Solutions.

What you’ll do

  • Foster and maintain customer trust

  • Grow customer revenue across the full Equifax solution portfolio

  • Orchestrate Equifax resources to deliver customer value and satisfaction across the full customer lifecycle

  • Strengthen the business relationship by expanding the ways in which customers rely on Equifax as a trusted advisor

  • Identify, develop, manage, and close customer opportunities spanning all Equifax solutions

  • Engage with customers on a consultative basis to learn their business, anticipate needs, and position optimal solutions

  • Define and execute sales strategies that drive profitable growth while delivering meaningful customer value

  • Develop strong working relationship with customer economic buyers, decision makers, and influencers

  • Leverage account, solution, and delivery pre-sales/sales resources effectively and at appropriate times to move opportunities forward and to maintain customer satisfaction

  • Lead account strategy and planning motions with cross-functional team to align customer business imperatives with Equifax solutions

  • Prepare and conduct periodic customer business reviews

  • Manage contracting and contract compliance

  • Drive strong pipeline development and sales execution

What experience you’ll need  

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an account management, account executive, business development or similar customer-facing sales role

  • Consistent with Equifax’s 3/2+2 flexible work framework, a willingness to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in Equifax’s Atlanta-based office

What could set you apart

  • Experience selling into or working for companies in the consumer and commercial lending space

  • Technical proficiencies in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gainsight, Google Suite, etc.

  • Prior B2B experience selling multiple products/solutions 

  • Industry knowledge within Credit, Risk, Financial Services or Data

  • Demonstration of a teachable mentality and eagerness to learn, grow and develop as a sales professional

  • Prior employment in a highly-matrixed, corporate environment
