Inside Sales Representative/Account Manager

Natural Renewals is a fast-growing health and wellness brand specializing in Sea Moss Gel and nutrient-rich functional foods. Our mission is to improve community health through natural, effective nutrition.

We’re seeking a part-time Inside Sales Representative who’s motivated, consistent, and confident on the phone. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to health food stores across the U.S. to expand our retail footprint.

What You’ll Do

  • Make 50 outbound calls per day (around 250 per week).
  • Document all calls and follow-ups accurately in the CRM system.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline from first contact through close.
  • Follow up with prospects to move deals forward.
  • Represent Natural Renewals professionally through both phone and email.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to build rapport, overcome objections, and close.

Requirements

  • 5+ year of inside sales or cold calling experience (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
  • Interest in the health food or wellness industry is a plus.

Schedule

  • Part-time: 25 hours per week
  • Monday–Friday (5 hours per day)
  • Flexible hours, as long as goals are consistently met

Compensation

  • Base pay + commission
  • Monthly bonuses for exceeding close targets.
