Our Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) play a critical role as the first point of contact between Buildingstars and future customers. Position Overview As an ISR, you'll be responsible for reaching out to business prospects by phone, sparking interest in our services, and setting appointments for our Outside Sales Team. This is a high-activity, entry-level sales role that’s perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, hitting daily goals, and working independently in a structured environment. We provide all the tools, training, and scripts—you bring the energy and work ethic.
