THE ROLE

We’re hiring a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for selling motivated seller leads to both inbound and outbound prospects, managing their pipeline, and serving as a key point of contact in our customer journey.

This is more than just a sales role, as you’ll be the first impression of Property Leads. Professionalism, strong communication skills, great English, and the ability to build rapport quickly are essential. You should be passionate about helping people succeed and eager to grow within a fast-moving organization. We love people from solar, pest control, Alarm System, Real State Industries.

What you’ll do:

  • Outreach to investors via phone (nationwide) to discuss Property Leads value proposition and product offering. You will make a minimum of 200 dials a day to build the momentum needed to hit your sales goals.
    • You will have a minimum of 3 hours per day of talk time.
    • Overcoming objections and negotiating solutions while building trust with investors to understand their needs.
    • Researching clients using internal notes, company websites, and other public information.
    • Prospecting is done for you! We assign you prospects quickly. Leads are provided in our CRM.
    • Meeting and exceeding required sales targets – you will be responsible for the amount an investor deposits upon sign up.

    To join our team, you’ll need:

    Experience Required

    • 1+ years of commission sales experience
    • 1+ years of CRM management experience, ideally in real estate or lead generation
    • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel) and Airtable
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Self-motivated and collaborative with a strong sense of accountability
    • Self-aware and heavy emphasis on constant self-improvement

    Benefits & Compensation:

    • Base Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
    • Uncapped commission
    • On target annual earnings of $90,000+
