Instagram & Facebook - Account Manager / Community Moderator

NOTE:
This role is for a Instagram & Facebook account and community manager. This role would not be responsible for the Ads side of the account. Everything except the Ads and content creation.

About Us

We're a holding company operating three distinct brands: a consumer food brand (beef jerky), an entertainment/gaming brand (tabletop game with trading cards), and a subscription platform management (creator-led personal brand).

We're building out a dedicated channel manager for each platform rather than hiring generalists — because what works on Instagram is completely different from what works on TikTok or YouTube.

The Role
You'll own Meta (Instagram + Facebook) across all three brands

That means everything A-to-Z:

posting content (not creating it — that comes from our content team), coordinating with media buyer, managing engagement, moderating communities, and reporting on performance weekly.

You'll be the person who knows what's working and what's not on Meta across our accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Post and schedule content across Instagram and Facebook for multiple brand accounts
  • Engage with comments, DMs, and community posts — maintaining each brand's voice
  • Monitor performance daily and surface insights on what's working and what's not
  • Deliver a weekly performance report covering key metrics and recommendations
  • Flag opportunities for viral moments, trending formats, or content pivots
  • Coordinate with our content editors and marketing manager on what's needed
What You'll Be Measured On
You'll have clear targets around follower growth, reach, engagement, ad efficiency, and traffic. We track performance weekly and expect consistent reporting. Specific KPIs and benchmarks will be shared during onboarding.

What We're Looking For

  • Deep understanding of Instagram and Facebook — not just posting, but what actually drives reach, engagement, and traffic
  • Comfortable managing multiple brand accounts with different audiences
  • Data-driven: you look at metrics daily and adjust accordingly
  • Strong written communication and ability to match different brand voices
  • Experience with creator-led or DTC brands is a strong plus
Nice to Have

  • Experience with e-commerce (Shopify) and conversion-focused content
  • Familiarity with other community platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Twitter (X)
  • Portfolio or case studies showing growth results
This is part-time to start with the potential to grow.

If you're the kind of person who lives and breathes Meta and can show us results, we want to talk.

Contract duration of more than 6 months.

Mandatory skills:
Social Media Management, Community Engagement, Facebook, Instagram, Social Media Content, Content Management Plan, Market Research, Audience Segmentation & Targeting, Social Media Strategy, Social Media Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Content Management
