Insurance Agent | Remote

The Gainey Agency is seeking motivated, client-focused professionals to join our team as remote Insurance Agents. This role combines consultative life insurance sales with ongoing policy servicing and client support to help individuals and families secure appropriate financial protection. This position in Commission based, fully remote. Primary Responsibilities Include • Provide high-quality client service via phone, email, and virtual meetings, including consultative needs assessments and solution recommendations for life insurance and related products. • Conduct virtual client consultations and follow-up interactions to build and maintain client relationships. • Manage policy lifecycle tasks, including preparing and submitting applications, coordinating underwriting requirements, processing endorsements and policy changes, and addressing client inquiries. • Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the company CRM and ensure timely follow-up on leads and service requests. • Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, operations, leadership) to resolve client issues and ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards. • Meet individual performance targets related to sales activity, client satisfaction, and retention while complying with licensing and regulatory requirements. • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and quality assurance activities to maintain product knowledge and service quality. Required Qualifications • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a professional client-service orientation. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks. • Comfortable using virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom), CRM systems, and standard office software. • Willingness to obtain and maintain relevant insurance licenses; licensing support and training will be provided as needed. • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining compliance with regulatory and company policies. Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience in insurance, financial services, customer service, or remote sales roles. • Demonstrated success meeting performance targets in a client-facing environment. • Familiarity with remote sales workflows and virtual consultation best practices.
