Insurance Sales Agent (100% Remote) - 1+ years experience required - Uncapped pay

The Jeremiah Bailleu Agency is one of the fastest growing agencies in the state. Do not apply for this position without prior insurance experience and an active P&C license. You will be your own boss here, you will make your own schedule, and you will make as much or as little as you want to make. We give our agents the leads needed to reach their goals and pay extremely high commissions to incentivize production so you can reach your financial goals. We expect our agents to close at least $30,000 in premium per month, which is easy with the lead volume we can give you. We have a CRM that has automation to make your follow ups extremely easy, and an insanely efficient quoting system that allows you to do a quote in less than 8 minutes. Our pay structure is simple, every dime you bring into the company, minus the lead cost is yours to take home, with additional bonuses on top of that for hitting higher production.

Position Overview:

(Must have a Texas P&C License to apply)

You'll be responsible for selling home, auto, and occasionally life insurance products to both new and existing clients. You'll benefit from a fully remote, flexible work schedule, along with provided leads and automated CRM follow-up tools to make your sales process as efficient as possible. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Sell home, auto, and occasionally life insurance policies.

Qualifications:

  • Prior Insurance Experience Required: Minimum of 1-2 years of prior insurance sales experience is required, with a focus on home and auto insurance.
  • Texas P&C Insurance License: Must hold an active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license in the state of Texas.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients over the phone, email, and other digital platforms.
  • Self-Motivated: Strong work ethic and ability to work independently, managing your own time and achieving sales targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to manage leads and track performance.
