This role supports IPA’s broader commitment to giving back to the community in ways that matter to our clients, including helping create pathways for talented students from underrepresented backgrounds to access opportunities in finance.</p><p><br></p><p>As a lean team, IPA is looking for someone who is comfortable owning the full administration and execution of the program independently, including all coordination and administrative responsibilities. This role is best suited for someone who is highly self-directed, process-oriented, and able to handle a wide range of responsibilities—from outreach and scheduling to event logistics, communications, tracking, and reporting—with little day-to-day oversight.
