Responsibilities:

In this analytical and operational Full-Time role, you will be responsible for taking full ownership of the inventory health and order lifecycle for our international client. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and ensuring day-to-day inventory health, accuracy, and stock reconciliation.
  • Optimizing the wholesale order flow and fulfillment process from end-to-end.
  • Developing and presenting accurate inventory projections and forecasts to inform major purchasing decisions.
  • Managing and Nurturing Key Vendor/Supplier Relationships globally to ensure timely delivery.
  • Generating and analyzing strategic overstock/understock reports and executing remediation plans.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with executive assistants, sales, and logistics teams.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with a strong analytical foundation who is ready for a managerial role.

  • Experience in inventory management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to detail management.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Data Visualization for reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to be tech-savvy and quickly master new Inventory Management Systems (IMS) or ERP software.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills for seamless international collaboration.

Desired Skills/Experience:
  • Direct experience working with US-based E-commerce or Retail clients.
  • Familiarity with systems like Shopify, NetSuite, or other major ERP platforms.
