Investigation and Enforcement Officer/Senior Investigation and Enforcement Officer

[What the role is] Your primary responsibility is to perform intelligence gathering, conduct investigations and provide advisory services to internal stakeholders. [What you will be working on] You are required to manage investigation processes expeditiously, which includes formulating investigation plans, conducting interviews and reporting findings to management. You will work closely with officers in the line divisions and with in-house legal counsel to ensure that there is sufficient evidence to proceed against those who flout the provisions of statutes under BCA’s purview including the Building Control Act & Regulations. You will need to apply technical skills in identifying risks and applying the law, as well as interpersonal skills to persuade and influence people at all levels.
