We partner with 100+ U.S. hospitals and clinics to facilitate access to clinical research studies with leading pharmaceutical and life sciences companies. We are seeking an experienced IT Systems & Email Infrastructure Consultant to manage and optimize our B2B email infrastructure, and arenaflex 365 environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on consultant who can bridge IT systems, email deliverability, and marketing technology. This is a long-term consulting partnership opportunity. Key Responsibilities arenaflex 365 & IT Systems Administration - Administer arenaflex 365 (O365), including: - Exchange Online (mail flow rules, spam filtering, security policies) - arenaflex Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive - Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) users, roles, and security - Support internal users with IT operations, documentation, and best practices CRM, Data & B2B Marketing Automation - Administer and optimize Salesforce Enterprise and integrated marketing platforms to support B2B outreach, lead generation, and revenue growth - Own end-to-end lead management, campaign tracking, automation, reporting, and performance optimization - Build, manage, and refine automated email sequences, workflows, and campaign logic using Apollo.io - Monitor and improve email deliverability, sender reputation, domain health, and inbox placement - Configure and maintain email authentication and compliance (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, CAN-SPAM) - Perform data hygiene, enrichment, segmentation, deduplication, and survey data analysis (Alchemer) - Analyze engagement and campaign metrics to improve open rates, response rates, and conversion performance Apply tot his job
