The Opportunity We are seeking a highly driven, proactive, and results-oriented Japanese Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist to join our remote team. With a heightened focus on business development and revenue generation, this role is crucial for securing new client partnerships in an evolving economic landscape. You will be on the front lines, proactively conducting outreach, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our sales team. This is a full-time, remote position with a strict set schedule of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (in your local time zone). What Success Looks Like Daily Activity Expectations: • 30-60 outbound cold calls • 10-30 personalized cold email campaigns • arenaflex: Minimum 6 quality client connects per week • Meet or exceed monthly sales quota You're the Right Fit If You: • Are a self-starter who takes initiative without constant direction • Think two steps ahead and anticipate what needs to happen next • Move quickly and decisively—no analysis paralysis • Are comfortable with rejection and maintain momentum • Can build rapport quickly over the phone • Are motivated by numbers, targets, and winning Primary Responsibilities New Business Development (Primary Focus): • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone and email to generate new client accounts • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities • Research arenaflex markets and identify decision-makers at prospective companies • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline in our CRM system • Schedule appointments and demos for senior sales team • Negotiate and close deals when appropriate • Track all activities and maintain accurate CRM records Light Recruiting Support (Secondary): • Occasional candidate sourcing for high-priority positions • Basic resume screening when needed to support team during peak times Required Qualifications • Fluent in Japanese and English (both written and verbal) • Comfortable making 30+ cold calls daily without hesitation • Strong phone presence and persuasive communication skills • Self-directed work style—you manage your own time and priorities • High energy, competitive nature, and quota-driven mindset • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision • Reliable home office setup with strong internet connection • Demonstrated ability to adhere to a strict remote work schedule and maintain high activity levels • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field Preferred Qualifications • Proven track record in sales, business development, or lead generation • Experience in staffing, recruiting, or B2B services sales • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) What We're NOT Looking For This role requires someone who can operate with autonomy and speed.
