We’re actively searching for a passionate, organized, detail-obsessed marketer with at least 3-5 years of hands-on marketing and lead generation experience - someone who’s ready to showcase marketing best practices and grow their skills in a fast-moving, client-centric, creative environment.

Job description - what you’ll do!

  • Develop and execute lead-gen campaigns for NOVO MxC and our clients
  • Manage marketing projects from idea to execution
  • Write SEO-optimized content, emails and articles - leveraging AI tools, like ChatGPT or Copilot
  • Conduct independent research that contributes to strategy and sparks new ideas
  • Support email marketing campaigns that really convert
  • Post articles and images in WordPress
  • Resize and prep images in WEBP format like a pro
  • Bring new ideas, energy, curiosity and a “let’s solve this” mindset to everything you do!

Salary: $35-$40 per hour [aligned to experience]

Qualifications - what you bring!

  • 3-5 years of hands-on marketing experience, including demonstrated success running lead-gen campaigns
  • Strong English language skills (oral and written)
  • Solid project management experience
  • Confidence using AI tools such as Chat GPT or Copilot, and a strong appetite to continue expanding these skills
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, and familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and competing deadlines
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, high-energy (virtual) environment
  • A love of all things branding, design and creative problem-solving
  • Previous marketing experience in the food and beverage space, considered a strong asset
