Our projects include large-scale desert-modern landscapes, luxury outdoor living spaces, irrigation systems, hardscape installations, and drought-tolerant xeriscape environments.

We are building one of the premier landscape construction companies in Utah, and we are looking for a Landscape Construction Super Foreman to help lead field operations in the St. George market.

This is a high-responsibility leadership role for someone who can run projects efficiently, lead crews, maintain quality standards, and deliver exceptional landscapes.

Position Overview

The Landscape Construction Super Foreman is responsible for managing field crews and executing landscape construction projects from start to finish. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will work closely with project managers, designers, and ownership to coordinate labor, materials, and production while maintaining strong communication with clients when needed.

This is a hands-on leadership role where the ideal candidate leads from the front while also managing project logistics and crew productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Field Leadership

  • Lead and supervise landscape construction crews (3–10 team members)
  • Set daily production goals and ensure crews execute efficiently
  • Train and mentor crew members on proper installation techniques
  • Maintain a safe, productive job site environment

Project Execution

  • Execute full-scope landscape construction including:
  • Hardscape installation (pavers, stone, retaining walls)
  • Artificial turf systems
  • Irrigation installation and troubleshooting
  • Plant installation and desert landscape layouts
  • Grading and site preparation
  • Outdoor lighting and water features
  • Interpret landscape plans and construction drawings
  • Ensure projects match design specifications and quality standards
  • Identify and solve field challenges quickly

Production & Efficiency

  • Coordinate materials, deliveries, and equipment
  • Manage daily job site logistics and workflow
  • Maintain project timelines and productivity targets
  • Communicate progress with project management

Quality Control

  • Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail
  • Inspect work to ensure installation accuracy
  • Ensure projects meet Aridscape Utah's quality expectations

Client Interaction

  • Maintain professional job site presence
  • Communicate progress when interacting with homeowners or builders
  • Represent Aridscape Utah with professionalism

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in landscape construction or related construction trades
  • 2+ years experience leading crews or foreman-level leadership
  • Strong experience with:
  • Hardscape installation
  • Irrigation systems
  • Landscape construction methods
  • Reading landscape plans
  • Ability to operate equipment such as:
  • Skid steer
  • Mini excavator
  • Plate compactors
  • Power saws and cutting tools
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing high-end residential landscape projects
  • Experience working with porcelain pavers and modern hardscape systems
  • Knowledge of desert plant material and xeriscape landscapes
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
