About the Opportunity
Relationship Media, LLC is expanding its coaching delivery network and inviting qualified applicants to be considered for an independent coaching role.
Selected candidates are trained to deliver a structured, outcome-driven leadership coaching system designed specifically for group coaching environments.
This is not theory-based coaching or academic credentialing. Training is practical and delivery-focused and includes a certificate of completion confirming readiness to deploy the coaching system in group programs.
The Coaching Framework
The system is built around the “Be Like Tony & Don’t Be Like Chad” framework, a practical leadership model developed by a retired law enforcement captain and former S.W.A.T. commander with over 20 years of real-world leadership experience.
Rather than theory-heavy or personality-based coaching, the framework uses clear behavioral contrasts, real-world scenarios, and decision-making patterns leaders immediately recognize. This makes it highly effective in group coaching environments and accessible to new coaches who want a system that works without improvisation.

- Complete required system training prior to delivering Group Coaching programs.
