Live Chat Agent - REMOTE (P-T & F-T) Day and Night Shift
We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Live Chat Agents to provide real-time support to customers via online chat. This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling options, including day and night shifts, and availability for both part-time and full-time work.
As a Live Chat Agent, you will assist customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and delivering an excellent customer experience through written communication.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism
Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
Maintain detailed and accurate chat records
Follow company guidelines, scripts, and quality standards
Meet performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate
Requirements
Excellent written communication skills in English
Strong typing and multitasking abilities
Customer service–oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Basic computer skills and comfort using chat platforms and CRM tools
Availability to work scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, live chat, or support roles
Familiarity with online customer support tools
Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
