Role and Responsibilities: • Independently manage a small project or lead a workstream within a larger engagement for investment management clients. • Oversee day-to-day execution, including planning, deliverable creation, timelines, and stakeholder updates. • Serve as a people manager, providing guidance and feedback to consultants while fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented culture. • Contribute industry knowledge and insights to shape client strategies, operating models, and solutions. • Partner with senior colleagues to identify opportunities for follow-on work and support business development activities. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to support the implementation of operating model solutions aligned with industry best practices. • Support internal practice initiatives, including knowledge sharing, community participation, and recruitment.
