Manager, Operations Consulting - Capital Programs Excellence, PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Houston, TX. Helps organisations deliver on their large-scale capital programs and portfolios by providing assurance, tax, consulting, deals and forensics services across the capital program lifecycle. Assist clients analyse, design and implement business changes related to large-scale capital programs. Help clients address common issues in the Engineering & Construction, Power and Utilities, Energy, Manufacturing or Industrial Products sectors, including consulting, designing, and implementing business process and technology solutions for large scale capital projects and programs. Managing and directing on-shore and offshore resources to organize and profile large data sets to develop risk models. Supervise and coach teams.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $153,000 - $181,000/yr
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Operations Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Engineering Management or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Operations Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Engineering Management or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
- Designing and implementing business changes and technology solutions related to large-scale capital programs in one or more of the following areas: Manufacturing facilities, Large scale construction programs, Utility transmission (gas and electric) infrastructure, Power generation including renewable energy assets, Grid modernization programs or Data center construction and engineering;
- Participating in the assessment and improvement of business processes, including leveraging Cora, Power BI, Primavera P6, Primavera Unifier, @Risk, or Tableau;
- Utilizing process design mapping skills in Visio or IBM Blueworks;
- Utilizing data analytics skills and developing mathematical models in R, Python, SAS, MATLAB, or SPSS; and
- Data cleansing, conversion, migration, and work planning and executing in Maximo or SAP.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
